RAW Fitness is completely private — just you, Reece, and the gym. That means no distractions, no judgment, and no waiting for equipment. It’s all about you and your goals. With Reece’s supportive coaching style and lived experience of his own weight-loss journey, you’ll get personal guidance that’s realistic, empathetic, and genuinely effective.
3. Can I train with a friend or family member?
Yes! You can train with up to 3 people for £35 per session, plus £10 for each additional person. It’s a great way to stay motivated, share the cost, and have fun while working toward your goals together — whether that’s getting stronger, feeling fitter, or just boosting confidence as a team.
4. Will I get support outside of my sessions?
Definitely. Reece believes real progress happens both inside and outside the gym. You’ll receive a personalised training and nutrition plan, plus free communication throughout the week. That means ongoing advice, accountability, and encouragement — so you never feel lost between sessions.
